You may remember that rumors were circulating of a ‘Mighty Mouse’ themed gimmick for the former Cruiserweight Champion Neville when he was first called up to the main roster…well it looks as though those reports weren’t far off the mark.
Former WWE employee James McKenna has tweeted a mock-up of the ring gear WWE had originally designed for Neville prior to his main roster debut.
You can check out the image below, it has elements of superhero characters such as Arrow and Nightwing, but mostly it just seems to reek of Hurricane Helms.
unsure if i have ever shared this, but heres a mockup of what they initially wanted neville to wear in wwe and i was SO insanely glad they shot it down last minute.
