According to WWE, there are only 23 officially announced participants in today’s Greatest Royal Rumble match. This leaves 27 entrants still to be named (math credit: Scott Steiner).
Here are the officially announced participants:
Daniel Bryan
Braun Strowman
Kurt Angle
Shane McMahon
Chris Jericho
Mark Henry
Rey Mysterio
Elias
Kevin Owens
The Great Khali
Bobby Roode
Baron Corbin
Big E
Kofi Kingston
Xavier Woods
Apollo Crews
Shelton Benjamin
Sin Cara
Chad Gable
Goldust
Titus O’Neil
Mojo Rawley
Dolph Ziggler
There are 24 wrestlers competing on the card but not in the Rumble match itself. Additionally, Hornswoggle and Shawn Daivari have been spotted in Saudi Arabia. Even if all of those names are in the Rumble match as well, it still leaves one spot open. This could be covered by Sunil Singh who presumably has traveled to Jeddah in order to be in Jinder Mahal’s corner for his match against Jeff Hardy.

Jerry Lawler insinuated on his podcast that he would like to be included in the match. He also mentioned he is on WWE’s “No Touch” list as well, however. This fact makes it unlikely he is included in the Rumble today.
Other members of WWE’s extended roster, backstage producers/agents, commentators, and even Vince McMahon himself could possibly be entrants today.
