United States Champion Jeff Hardy pleaded guilty on Monday for driving while impaired.
Hardy was involved in a traffic crash back in March where the former World Champion ran off the road and struck about 105 feet of guardrail, causing his car to spin out into the opposite lane.
Jeff was then arrested in Cabarrus County, North Carolina after he blew a BAC (blood alcohol level) of .25 on his Breathalyzer test. The mentioned number is three times above the legal limit.
Now WBTV reveals that the SmackDown Star has been fined $300 for court costs and he has been given 120 days suspended sentence. In addition to this, he will have to complete an assessment and treatment class.
Not only that but Hardy will also have to turn over his driving license and he will need to complete 48 hours of community service within 120 days of the judgment.
Jeff Hardy returned to WWE back in April last year, though he spent a good amount of time between then and now in rehab after suffering a shoulder injury in September 2017.
Hardy returned to action in April earlier this year and he went on to win the United States Championship. Jeff was moved to SmackDown Live during the Superstar Shakeup.
