WWE Executive Vice President Triple H is considered to be the catalyst for a lot of changes within the company and one of them is the promotion working with other local indies.
In a recent interview he gave during the tapings of the UK Championship Tournament, The former World Champion talked about many things and also revealed what changes he wants to bring to the indie scene by working with the various promotions.
According to the Game, he wants to make upgrades behind the scenes and provide things like better medical care for the people who are working for small promotions in hopes to make it into the business:
“There are also groups out there just putting on shows and you’ve heard the stories of are you going to get paid? Is there medical? There’s a lot of things we’re trying to upgrade. It’s hard, but I’m trying to upgrade the behind-the-scenes for the talent, for their health, for their well being, [and] for their careers.”
Continuing on the topic, Triple H also talked about how he wants wrestling to become a career for people and not something where a lot of them work for years and then are left without anything to show at the end.
