Trish Stratus is preparing for her in-ring return and appears to be in great shape for that match as she went to social media to hype her upcoming match against former WWE RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss at the Evolution pay-per-view.
The last match that WWE Hall of Famer wrestled under the WWE banner was back in January at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event where she competed as a participant in the Women’s Royal Rumble match.
Stratus tweeted the following to hype the match: She wrote the following on her official Twitter account, “Evolution is going to be hot. S T R A T U S vs B L I S S.”
WWE has already confirmed that a RAW Women’s Title match, SmackDown Women’s Title match, NXT Women’s Title match, WWE UK Women’s Title match and the finals of the this year’s Mae Young Classic tournament would take place at this upcoming event, which will feature all women contests.
The company also announced that both stars from the past and present will be working this show.
The Evolution pay-per-view event takes place on Sunday, October 28, 2018 in Long Island, New York at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum and will air on the WWE Network. As of this writing, no other matches have been officially announced.
