There is a new #1 contender for the SmackDown Women’s Title and that’s Becky Lynch. During this week’s episode of blue branded show, Lynch beat Charlotte Flair and Carmella in a triple threat match in order to become the new #1 contender for the strap.
Now, Lynch will challenge Asuka for the SmackDown Women’s Title at the upcoming Royal Rumble event.
WWE presents the Royal Rumble pay-per-view event on Sunday, January 27, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona at Chase Field that will air on the WWE Network. WWE will be announcing more matches for this show in the coming weeks. Here is the updated card:
