Ember Moon delivered a strong performance at the Royal Rumble this past Sunday and she lasted in the match for over fifty minutes. However, things haven’t gone her way since the PPV, and latest report reveals that she will require surgery.
WWE announced during this week’s episode of Raw that Ember was not medically cleared to compete. Due to her injury, Natalya was forced to team up with Dana Brooke on the show.
After the episode, the company posted a backstage video where the former NXT Star talked about her injury and provided more details on her condition.
Ember recalled how she wrestled with one good arm in the Women’s Royal Rumble last year and revealed that this was the case during this year’s Battle Royal as well.
She then provided some details on her injury saying that she messed up her elbow real bad. Finally, the former NXT Women’s Champion revealed that she will require immediate surgery to repair the damage:
