We noted before how WWE announced a contract signing segment for the upcoming SmackDown episode and now they have confirmed another segment and a match for the show.
The company has announced that the WrestleMania go home edition of the Blue Branded Show will feature the return of the Kevin Owens Show. Randy Orton and his WrestleMania opponent AJ Styles will be the guests of this talk show and this segment is expected to serve as the final buildup for their upcoming bout.
The company has also confirmed a bout for the event, revealing that after facing Kurt Angle on Raw, Rey Mysterio will be in action for SmackDown Live as well. Mysterio will be rekindling his rivalry with Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas and facing the former NXT Champion in a one on one match just before WrestleMania. Rey will be looking to build momentum for his WrestleMania match against the United States Champion Samoa Joe by winning this bout.
On the other hand, the former NXT Star will try to win this bout to position himself well for the upcoming Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
