View Full Version : WWE RAW Viewership Gets Boost For WrestleMania Go-Home Show

Monday’s edition of WWE RAW from Washington, DC at the Capital One Arena averaged 2.639 million viewers, up from 2.589 million the previous week. Here is the hourly viewership breakdown, courtesy of ShowbuzzDaily:


Hour 1: 2.788 million
Hour 2: 2.754 million
Hour 3: 2.374 million

The episode was expected to increase in viewership as this show was heavily hyped and it being the go-home show of the red brand for WrestleMania 35. This episode finished fifth for the night in total viewers on cable.

It featured appearances by Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman to do a promo segment with Seth Rollins to promote the upcoming WWE Universal Title Match at WrestleMania 35. Batista also did an in-ring promo to promote his contest against Triple H.

Some of the matches that took place include Ronda Rousey, Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch taking on members of The Riott Squad in a six-woman tag team match, Beth Phoenix, Natalya & The Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection (Bayley & Sasha Banks) vs. Nia Jax, Tamina & The IIconics (Billie Kay & Peyton Royce), RAW Tag Team Champions The Revival (Dash Wilder & Scott Dawson) vs. Aleister Black & Ricochet, and Baron Corbin vs. Rey Mysterio in the main event.
