There has been an update on The Undertaker’s status for Wrestlemania 35 weekend that surfaced online on Thursday.

The Undertaker is slated to be in New Jersey for Wrestlemania 35 weekend, according to PWInsider.com. It was added that there is no word whether he will have any role in front of the cameras, but he will be in town for the festivities.

It’s been reported that WWE currently doesn’t have a match involving him planned for WrestleMania 35. The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion is taking bookings for appearances and autograph sessions independent of WWE. It’s been confirmed that he’ll be appearing at Starrcast II.

Taker’s last match came when he teamed up with Kane to take on Shawn Michaels and Triple H at the Crown Jewel event last November at King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Just last month, a photo surfaced online that has The Undertaker’s picture on a WrestleMania 35 graphic of a production truck.

WWE presents the WrestleMania 35 pay-per-view event on Sunday, April 7, 2019 in East Rutherford, NJ at MetLife Stadium that will air on the WWE Network. WWE could be announcing more matches for this show in the coming days. WWE RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch vs. WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair will headline the show.
