Dasha Fuentes is no longer with WWE. According to a report from Pro Wrestling Sheet, WWE and Fuentes parted ways this week. Reasons for her release from the company are not currently available, however.

Fuentes was in attendance over WrestleMania weekend and last appeared on WWE RAW on April 1st, 2019. Fuentes has not commented publicly on her WWE status.

Fuentes was signed to WWE in 2014 after having competed in several beauty pageants with the Miss America organization. She was also active in diving and gymnastics at the University of Central Florida before signing with WWE.

Real name Dasha Kuret Gonzalez, she took the name Dasha Fuentes in NXT and was training to be a wrestler. Following a year in WWE’s developmental system and a knee injury in the summer of 2014, however, Fuentes transitioned to an announcer role.

“WWE is such a large and amazing company,” said Fuentes upon joining the NXT announce team. “I’m looking forward to the endless amount of possibilities it presents.”

Fuentes only has one official match on her record. She teamed with Dana Brooke and Becky Lynch on an NXT house show in 2015. They lost to the team of Alexa Bliss, Carmella, and Devin Taylor.

After being promoted to the main roster, Fuentes made her Smackdown debut in an interview segment with Alexa Bliss on November 1st, 2016.
