Tuesday’s edition of WWE SmackDown Live from Columbus, OH at the Schottenstein Center averaged 1.833 million viewers, which is down from 2.072 million the previous week, according to ShowbuzzDaily.
As a result, this was the lowest number of the year. The episode that aired the same week as this show last year drew 2.436 million viewers. The previous low of 2019 was back on the February 5th episode that did 1.841 million viewers. It’s also the lowest episode of the blue brand on Tuesday nights.
The show had to go up against Curse of Oak Island on History that did 3.321 million viewers, Rachel Maddow Show with 2.966 and Tucker Carlson Tonight that drew 2,780. WWE also had to go up against two NBA games that pulled in big viewership numbers that had an impact on SmackDown’s rating.
Matches that took place on this show include WWE RAW and SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch c Bayley in a non-title match, Asuka & Kairi Sane (w/Paige) vs. Jaylee & Queen Aminata, Roman Reigns vs. The B-Team (Bo Dallas & Curtis Axel), Ali & Finn Balor vs. Andrade & Randy Orton (w/Zelina Vega) in the main event.
