Tuesday’s edition of WWE SmackDown Live from Louisville, KY at the KFC Yum Center averaged 1.931 million viewers, which is up from 1.833 million the previous week, according to ShowbuzzDaily.

While this is a slight improvement from last week, considering the main event given, this has to be a disappointing number for WWE. Last week’s show was the lowest number of the year.

The show had to go up against Curse of Oak Island on History that did 1.608 million viewers, Rachel Maddow Show with 2.996 and Tucker Carlson Tonight that drew 2.850. WWE also had to go up against two NBA games that pulled in big viewership numbers that had an impact on SmackDown’s rating.

Matches that took place on this show include Ali vs. Andrade, Daniel Bryan & Rowan vs. The Usos for the vacant SmackDown Tag Team Titles, Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville vs. Carmella & Ember Moon, Kofi Kingston (w/Xavier Woods) vs. AJ Styles and Sami Zayn in a triple threat WWE Title match that served as the main event.

In case you missed the show, you can check out the 4 takeaways from it here. WWE will attempt to rebound with next week’s episode, which should be interesting to see what number it pulls in.
