Tuesday’s edition of WWE SmackDown Live from London, England at the O2 Arena averaged 1,827 million viewers, which is down from 1.931 million the previous week, according to ShowbuzzDaily.
The same episode last year drew 2.298. As a result, this is the lowest viewed episode of SmackDown Live for a non-holiday first-run episode in history.
This show aired on tape-delay and served as the go-home show for Sunday’s Money In The Bank pay-per-view event.
The show had to go up against Curse of Oak Island on History that did 1.240 million viewers, Rachel Maddow Show with 2.455 and Tucker Carlson Tonight that drew 2.705. WWE also had to go up against the NBA game between the Trail Blazers and Warriors that pulled in big viewership numbers (7.315) that had an impact on SmackDown’s rating.
Matches that took place on this show include Andrade vs. Randy Orton vs. WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor vs. Ali in a Fatal 4-Way Match, Daniel Bryan, Rowan, Elias and Shane McMahon vs. Roman Reigns and The Usos in a Handicap Match, and Kabuki Warriors vs. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville.
