Roman Reigns furthered his program with Shane McMahon through the power of social media shortly after the announcement of their match taking place at the upcoming WWE Super Showdown pay-per-view event was announced.
“The Big Dog” took to his official Twitter account to comment on the match by writing the following where he noted that he’s willing to travel anywhere to punch Shane in the face.
All the years you’ve spent around this business, these athletes, this life and you still haven’t learned your lesson. I’ll go anywhere in the world to prove what this means to me…punching you in the face is a plus. #WWESSD

This is the latest development in the ongoing storyline that goes back to an episode of SmackDown Live last month where Reigns attacked WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon.
It was set up while McMahon revealed the “Biggest acquisition in SmackDown history” segment that turned out to be Elias. This led to Reigns quickly beating Elias in a match at Sunday’s Money in the Bank event.
WWE presents the Super ShowDown pay-per-view event on Friday, June 7th, 2019 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium that will air on the WWE Network at 2PM ET/11 AM PT.
WWE will be announcing more matches for this show in the coming weeks. This marks the third show in WWE’s 10-year deal with the Saudi General Sports Authority.
