Kenny Omega had new theme music for his main event battle against Chris Jericho at AEW: Double for Nothing. Since then, wrestling theme enthusiasts have been waiting for the full version to be released. On Friday, they got their wish.
Omega’s new theme song is “Battle Cry” by Little V. It is a departure from his wildly popular music from New Japan Pro Wrestling, Devil’s Sky.
As seen below, the music video features Little V performing the song, with footage of Omega from ITV’s Before the Bell: The Story Of All Elite Wrestling spliced in. There is also some pixel artwork by Wrestling Arcade, the must-follow Twitter account that recreates popular events in wrestling history in 16-bit.
Kenny Omega’s next match for AEW will be at Fyter Fest on June 29th from Daytona Beach, FL. He will team with The Young Bucks against The Lucha Bros. (Pentagon & Fenix) and a partner TBA.
Omega is not currently advertised for Fight for the Fallen (7/13) but is expected to face Jon Moxley at ALL OUT in August (8/31).
