Brock Lesnar is going to wait a bit longer before he cashes in his Money in the Bank contract on Seth Rollins.
WWE hyped that Lesnar was going to cash it in on Monday’s episode of RAW in Austin, TX at the Frank Erwin Center for his title match against the WWE Universal Champion.
This didn’t happen as instead, Lesnar attacked Rollins severely only to announce that he would cash it in at the Super ShowDown PPV event.
This comes after Paul Heyman announced last week Lesnar would be cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase on Raw against Rollins after Stephanie McMahon released a video where she stated that WWE would take action against Lesnar and Heyman.
The reason for her actions was due to them teasing they would announce when they would cash-in the MITB contract on last week’s Raw only to reveal that since Lesnar has one year to cash it in anytime that he wants, he’ll wait for the right time.
WWE presents the Super ShowDown pay-per-view event on Friday, June 7th, 2019 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium that will air on the WWE Network at 2PM ET/11 AM PT.
At this show, Rollins is currently set to make his next title defense against Baron Corbin. Lesnar has been locally advertised to appear at this show for several weeks now.
