The first match has been announced for the upcoming WWE Extreme Rules PPV.
During Monday’s episode of RAW in the opening segment, it was revealed that RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch & Universal Champion Seth Rollins vs. Lacey Evans & Baron Corbin in a Mixed Tag Team Winner Take All Match would take place at this show. This will be a blowoff match between all four stars.
This match was set up at the Stomping Grounds pay-per-view event where Rollins retained the title over Corbin with Lacey Evans being the special guest referee.
The finish of the match saw Evans attack Rollins which led to Becky Lynch making the save and Rollins getting a fair referee to get the pinfall victory. Earlier in the night, Lynch retained her RAW Women’s Title over Evans.
The first match between Rollins and Corbin took place at the WWE Super Showdown pay-per-view event in Jeddah.
WWE presents the Extreme Rules pay-per-view event on Sunday, July 14th, 2019 in Philadelphia, PA at the Wells Fargo Center that will air on the WWE Network. WWE will be announcing more matches for this show in the coming weeks.
