New Title Match Added To WWE Extreme Rules Pre-Show

On Sunday afternoon, WWE announced which match would take place on the Extreme Rules Pre-Show. WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor will defend the title against Shinsuke Nakamura. Also, Kevin Owens vs. Dolph Ziggler has been added to the main card.

This latest pay-per-view event held by WWE will air on their streaming service, WWE Network, from Philadelphia, PA at the Wells Fargo Center.

This is another example of how plans change in WWE as it was reported earlier this week that after a creative meeting, WWE officials decided against adding more matches to the card.

As a reminder, we will be providing live play-by-play coverage of this special on Sunday evening starting at 6 PM EST.

I actually don't understand why they put Balor and Nakamura on the pre-show. If any of the matches on that card should have been on the pre-show, it should have been the Raw Tag Team Titles matchup tbh.
