Roman Reigns had an incredible week starting with the ESPY Awards. He then attended the premiere of the Fast And Furious Spin-off movie Hobbs & Shaw where he is playing the role of The Rock’s brother. The cherry on the top was the Extreme Rules PPV where the Big Dog got to team up with the Undertaker for a tag team match.

Roman was interviewed backstage after his match with Taker where he discussed his incredible week. He said that the EPSY awards in itself made the week special and the Hobbs and Shaw premiere was one of the biggest days of his life. Talking about his team up with Taker, Reigns said that it was a blessing to be out there:

“There is nothing better than going out there with the Dead Man. There is nothing better than going out there and feeling an arena full of wrestling fans giving their full undivided respect. It was a blessing to be out there and just to experience that moment with him.”

With this win, Roman Reigns’ rivalry with Shane McMahon is most likely over. The new Executive Directors of both Raw and SmackDown are expected to get a clean slate to begin their tenure after the PPV and it would be interesting to see what they have in store for the Big Dog.
