Although undeniably stacked with legends, Hall of Famers, and notable names from the past, there will be one person not in attendance at this Monday’s RAW Reunion special: Bret “Hitman “Hart.
WEE Hall of Famer, Bret Hart, has reportedly turned down an invitation to appear during Monday’s episode that will feature names such as Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin to list just a few.
According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, Hart declined the offer but noted that there was no given reason as to why.
Hart isn’t the only former WWE employee to reject WWE’s offer. Both Jim Ross and Bully Ray also turned down the opportunity to return for one night.
His last televised appearance took place in May for All Elite Wrestling’s Double or Nothing pay-per-view. He would debut the promotion’s World Heavyweight Championship.
It’s worth noting that he has not signed anything with WWE that would prevent him from working with AEW. He has shared that remains open to working with either company, as long as they could come up with a fun idea in how to utilize him.
WWE Superstars from across numerous decades are scheduled to feature on Monday’s RAW Reunion, guaranteeing the WWE Universe an opportunity to see some old favorites they may not have watched in a while.
