WWE NXT Star Dominik Dijakovic has made his return to in-ring action.
He did so at the NXT live event in Cocoa, FL at the Cocoa Armory on Saturday night. At this show, Dijakovic defeated Cezar Bononi in a singles match.
Back in April, he suffered a torn meniscus in his knee that led to him undergoing successful surgery in May. At the time, He was expected to be on the shelf for three months but made his return sooner.
At the time of his injury, WWE was teasing a feud between Dijakovic and Velveteen Dream for the NXT North American Championship that was rumored to take place at last month’s NXT TakeOver: XXV.
