On Friday afternoon, WWE had The Wrap announce a segment and two matches scheduled to take place on next week’s episode of Monday Night RAW.

Those matches are Seth Rollins vs. Dolph Ziggler, and WWE RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch battling Alexa Bliss in a non-title match. Also, Samoa Joe and Roman Reigns will meet in a “Samoan Summit.”

In the preview article on WWE’s official website for this episode of RAW, WWE described the “Samoan Summit,” which is “where the two will supposedly hash out their differences and find a way to move forward.”

This comes after “The Big Dog” emerged victorious in the grudge match on this past week’s episode of RAW, which served as the reunion special.

WWE noted that Rollins is looking to get revenge for Shawn Michaels after Ziggler appeared on Miz TV on SmackDown Live and blasted the two-time Hall of Famer with a superkick right to the jaw.

The night before, Rollins got some backup from DX after his match with AJ Styles, who had Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson at ringside.

WWE averaged 3.093 million viewers for this past Monday’s RAW Reunion special, up from 2.453 million the previous week. It was the best rating WWE has done since August 20th, 2018 and most-watched episode of 2019.

The company is hoping some of the fans from this past week will tune into this episode to capitalize on the rating to build interest heading into the SummerSlam pay-per-view.
