New Japan Pro-Wrestling has revealed the entire card for their upcoming King of Pro Wrestling event. The show takes place in Ryogoku Kokugikan, Tokyo on October 14th.
The show is stacked with championship matches including IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada defending against Los Ingobernables de Japon member SANADA. The IWGP United States Championship is also on the line as Jon Moxley faces against former champion Juice Robinson. Lastly, the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship matchup sees Will Ospreay attempt to keep his belt against Bullet Club’s El Phantasmo.
Joining these huge matches are Kota Ibushi vs EVIL for Ibushi’s hard-won G1 Contract. A personal grudge match will also be resolved as Jyushin Thunder Liger faces off against Suzuki-gun leader, Minoru Suzuki. Suzuki recently pushed Liger too far, with Liger unveiling Kishin Liger for the first time since 2012.
