Finn Balor’s heel turn and attack on Johnny Gargano Wednesday night on NXT continues to be one of the hotter topics in wrestling today. Balor was confronted at an airport recently by reporters for TMZ wanting answers on why he attacked Gargano. Balor was flying in for his appearance on WWE Backstage Friday night.
“A long time coming,” Balor said regarding his attack on Gargano.
“Time to shake the trees and see what falls out,” he responded when asked why he did it. “Am I a bad guy? Or do I just do bad things sometimes? I don’t know, you tell me. Lines are blurred in this day in age, we don’t know what’s going on.”
Balor was then asked if he feels he’ll end up on the main roster again someday.
“What do you mean ‘main roster’?” Balor asked. “Wherever I am is the main roster, brother.”
Balor was also asked if he might team up with his former stablemates in the O.C but neglected to give a firm answer.
“What, Orange County?” Balor responded. “Everybody wants to do something, everybody wants to do something with Finn.”
