In the wake of Jordan Myles calling out WWE over a t-shirt designed for him, WWE Superstar Titus O’Neil has imparted some advice for the NXT Superstar.

Taking to Twitter, Titus wrote that although he 100% agrees that the shirt is distasteful, he disagreed with Myles bringing others — such as Ring of Honor’s Jay Lethal — into the conversation as a means to vent his frustrations. He stated that doing so is equally distasteful and that if his cause is ‘For The Culture,’ he shouldn’t be attacking those in it.

“I AM 100% in agreement that the shirt is very Distasteful. That being said, bringing others into this to vent your frustrations or Issues THAT HAVE NOTHING to do with @WWE or the shirt is also very Distasteful. If it’s #ForTheCulture Don’t attack those in it!!”

Myles claimed that he had been lied to after WWE released a statement explaining they sought Myles’ approval of the design. He was informed by someone involved in the design process that, as Triple H “wanted this design,” his hands were tied. Myles stated that he then spoke with Triple H, who was under the impression that he had approved the controversial design.

Titus isn’t the only one to offer his thoughts and advice to Myles during this time. WWE Hall of Famer Booker T also addressed the situation on an episode of his podcast, The Hall of Fame.
