A new episode of Bray Wyatt’s FireFly Fun House will air on the debut episode of WWE Backstage on FS1 tonight. It will be the first episode of the FireFly Fun House since Bray Wyatt won the Universal Championship from Seth Rollins at Crown Jewel.
The show will be hosted by Renee Young and Booker T. It will air on FS1 beginning at 11 PM est tonight. Shawn Michaels has also been booked for the show.
Fox also announced that Ryan Satin from Pro Wrestling Sheet will be joining the show.
Last week, a big special guest and surprise announcement was teased for tonight’s show.
According to a report from Wrestling Observer Radio, however, the big surprise was supposed to be Brock Lesnar quitting Smackdown and leaving for RAW.
“The Lesnar and Heyman thing where Lesnar goes to RAW, that was scheduled, but it was scheduled to be done on Tuesday to kick off the new Backstage weekly show at 11 o’clock,” Dave Meltzer said. The Lesnar announcement was reportedly made as a result of much of the roster being stuck in Saudi Arabia and changes having to be made to Smackdown as a result.
