WWE will attempt to increase the WWE NXT viewership with next week’s episode, which should be interesting to see what number it pulls in.

The January 1st episode will feature the reveal of the Year-End Awards for the NXT brand. It will be a taped show. On the flip side, AEW Dynamite on TNT has a stacked show that WWE will have to compete with.

NXT returns to its normal program on the January 8th episode and the battle with All Elite Wrestling will resume.
