Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson are ready to embrace the new year, and all that 2020 might offer them as a team. Taking to Twitter, Wilder reflected on The Revival’s success over the past few years, highlighting how 2020 is the year in which they “change everything.
“2017 was a wash. 2018 we got our groove back. 2019 we took control back. 2020 we change everything.”
Wilder and Dawson’s WWE contracts allegedly expire at some point this coming April. The team have frequently teased their interest in All Elite Wrestling. At one point, The Revival’s temporary partner, Randy Orton, also hinted at his interest in the promotion. Orton would subsequently sign a new multi-year deal with WWE. A 10-week extension was reportedly added to Wilder’s contract. This was due to time missed with the company thanks to a broken jaw he suffered in 2017.

The Revival has recently continued their pursuit for a match against WWE Hall of Famers Harlem Heat.
The team disrespected Booker T during WWE’s TLC Kickoff show last year. Booker T recently addressed his interest in The Revival’s challenge, admitting that he and his brother, Stevie Ray, have spoken about the matchup. He added how he has “one more left in me” before lobbying another warning at The Revival, telling them not to “get jacked up, sucka!”
