Big Name Returning?, Austin Update, WWE Writer Quits
Former "Freebird" Jimmy Garvin is already gone from the WWE creative team as he quit last Friday. Garvin had joined the creative team shortly after the No Mercy PPV two weeks ago.
WWE is looking into bringing back a big name from the past to work Cyber Sunday in hopes of boosting the show's buyrate. No word yet on who they have in mind.
Steve Austin signed autographs to show his support and raise money for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life Event near his hometown in Texas. Austin’s father was among the honorees at the 4th Annual Event that raises money for cancer research.
