The overnight viewership numbers for last night’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown on FOX that saw the debut of the ThunderDome have been revealed.
As per Showbuzz Daily, the show drew an average of 2.168 million viewers, which if it holds up, would be up from last week’s final average of 2.002 million.
The hourly breakdown was as follows:
Hour 1 – 2.189 million viewers
Hour 2 – 2.146 million viewers
The show also pulled a 0.6 rating in the important 18-49 demographic, which is the same as last week. Do bear in mind these numbers are just the overnight ones and the final viewership figures will be out on Monday.
As noted, last night’s SmackDown was the ThunderDome debut show, as well as being the final show before SummerSlam, and had two championship matches promoted.
