These would be early wrestling matches from 1900 up to about 1940. Granted there is not alot out there but there is some early stuff.

Lewis was past his prime in this match. Still though one of the most dangerous hookers on the planet.

This is one of the earliest matches on video. One of my favorites. Earl Caddock is a decorated wrestler and Stecher was the real deal. Master of the scissorlock. This is one of the last real matches, a total shoot.

This is very rare footage of Paul Pons. Pons was a french wrestler who didn't tour the US much at all. I actually have a cigarette card with Pons on it from 1908. The earliest result with Pons is from 1897 against Pierre Boyer in Hungary. What is neat is Pons wrestled Stanislaus Zbyszko in 1910 in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA.
