Vader’s omission from the WWE Hall of Fame so far is puzzling for many. A rightful Hall of Famer himself, Mick Foley believes that the late star should definitely be inducted.
The hardcore legend was the latest guest on Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Sessions. He talked about a wide variety of topics during the interview.
Speaking of Vader not being included in the Hall of Fame so far, Foley claimed that it’s a ‘glaring omission’. The wrestling legend also explained that the late star, real name Leon White was a bigger draw than him:
“Leon, to me, is one of the glaring omissions from the Hall of Fame, worldwide he was one of the biggest drawing cards, bigger than me, for sure. Not in WWE but worldwide, for sure.
But if you didn’t fight him back, he’d eat you up.” said Mick Foley, “He was that wall, and you can knock down that wall but he was gonna make you work for it.”
The Attitude Era star also talked about his infamous Hell In A Cell match with The Undertaker and admitted that he was bothered by the fact that many fans only remember him for that particular bout.
