The cuts continued in WWE on Thursday as there were a few more employees let go.
Pwinsider.com reports some people were from the marketing department who worked at WWE Headquarters in Stamford, CT were the ones to be released. As of this writing, there’s no word yet on how many employees were fired, or exactly who has left the company
It’s been reported that WWE President & Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan has led a corporate restructuring over the last few months.
It was recently reported that more behind-the-scenes changes and departures are expected. WWE has released several wrestlers in the past few months that have impacted talent on the main roster as well as NXT.
The reason cited to the talent for the cuts has been budget cuts and they are informed by John Laurinaitis, who is the Head of Talent Relations.
