WWE’s WrestleMania 39 is coming soon, and the company has been announcing updates and confirming matches that will take place. One of the matches involved Ronda Rousey teaming up with Shayna Baszler for the Women's Tag Team titles.

However, her tag team match was cancelled. Rousey was reported to have aggravated a prior injury, but was still expected to not miss WrestleMania 39.

Rousey was also slated to compete in a tag team match on SmackDown a few weeks ago. She was set to team with Baszler to take on Nox and Natalya on the show. However, these plans changed due to Rousey’s injury.

Instead, it was revealed in an angle that the two teams got in a physical fight at the show earlier that day. The announcers then explained that Rousey suffered an injury in the brawl, which got the tag team match cancelled. A singles match between Baszler and Nox was scheduled for the show’s card instead.

What’s interesting is that when Rousey was ringside for Baszler. She, however, had her arm in a sling.

According to PWInsider’s Mike Johnson, there are reports that Rousey is dealing with a hairline fracture in her arm.

However, this has not been confirmed by WWE yet. It is unclear how bad the injury is, and if this will impact Rousey’s ability to compete at WrestleMania.

Fans will be disappointed with the news, as WrestleMania 39 is coming up next month on April 1.

WWE has yet to confirm whether or not Ronda Rousey will be able to compete at the event, but we’ll be sure to provide an update when this information is available.
