WrestleMania 39 is set to go down this weekend and WWE CEO Nick Khan is teasing that fans will witness some surprises during the two-night extravaganza at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California.

WrestleMania is one of the biggest events of the year and has grown in capacity over the years. It has become a two-night affair. Fans always expect big developments and iconic moments from these shows.

Since last year, WWE has undergone several changes behind the scenes. Vince McMahon had retired from the company. Triple H and Nick Khan took over new roles and duties in the promotion. The upcoming WrestleMania event will be the first that is headed by Khan as CEO and Hunter as Chief Content Officer.

Fans witnessed some exciting returns at Royal Rumble this year and it seems that the Executives have some surprises lined up for the massive event as well.

WWE CEO Nick Khan recently sat down with Stephen A. Smith on ESPN First Take to discuss a variety of topics. Smith asked what he could expect this weekend as he’ll be attending WrestleMania 39 at SoFi Stadium. Khan teased that there would be a bunch of surprises at this weekend’s show.

“Expect a bunch of surprises. That’s what we’re known for. This is Wrestlemania. We pulled some out at Royal Rumble a couple of months ago in San Antonio, Here at SoFi Stadium, Los Angeles, a two-night event. We got to make it big. So that’s what we expect to have happen.”

There are a number of names rumored for the upcoming show. The Rock is the betting favorite while WWE themselves are teasing a big celebrity appearance. With these latest comments from Khan, it'd be interesting to see what else the officials have in store for fans.

Two surprises I would like is either Randy Orton returning or The Rock showing up. :)
