Monday Night Raw after WrestleMania is usually the edition that brings surprises for the WWE Universe. Multiple returns usually transpire and NXT stars are called-up to the main roster. However, this year WWE didn't have much of big surprises in store. Some believe that the show was underwhelming as NXT stars were not called up to the main roster.

The fans who were expecting surprise debuts were left disappointed. It seems that WWE had a good reason for delaying the rumored debuts.

As per the reports of Bryan Alvarez, the names that were going to make their main roster debuts on the Raw following WrestleMania are likely to make their debuts on the WWE Draft shows instead. Alvarez stated:

“It looks like some people who were supposed to debut right after Mania will appear in the draft instead”

WWE Draft is set to take place soon and recently on SmackDown WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H made his return to the blue brand. He announced the return of the Draft. He stated that this year it will be bigger, and everyone will be eligible. He also said that it will “change the game.”

With the WWE Draft 2023 on the horizon, some of the potential names we've heard are going to be called up include Pretty Deadly, Tyler Bate, Cameron Grimes, Ilja Dragunov, KC Express, Roxanne Perez, Grayson Waller.

A main roster push for Nikkita Lyons was teased, while a "couple more" female stars could be added. It was also mentioned by the outlet that Indi Hartwell was a suitable candidate until she won the NXT Women's Championship at Stand & Deliver 2023.

The roster changes will begin on the April 28 edition of SmackDown, a few days prior to the Backlash Premium Live Event, and will also pan out on the May 1 episode of Monday Night RAW.
