Andrew Marchand of the NY Post has provided new information regarding WWE's ongoing negotiations to determine where Raw, NXT and SmackDown will air next year.

WWE’s current broadcasting rights deals are both set to expire in October 2024. Nick Khan recently stated that Fox's negotiating exclusivity window had expired, but now Comcast's has as well. This opens the floodgates for anybody to bid on the chance to air WWE programming next year.

Several companies have shown interest, according to Marchand, including Disney and Amazon Prime. While many people might think ESPN when they hear Disney, especially considering the UFC's deep ties to the network, it would actually be the FX cable network that would be the most likely candidate to land WWE.

“It is still early in the process, but one party that does have interest in adding the WWE is Disney, according to sources. The potential cable placement would not be ESPN, but rather FX.”

Apple and Warner Bros. Discovery are also in the running, but are considered less likely. WWE's current deals with Fox and Comcast are in the range of approximately $470 million per year (each). Nick Khan has said the content is currently undervalued, and would not be surprised if they could get 1.5x for the next agreement(s).
