NXT talent Electra Lopez has been trying to find her way in the developmental brand, as WWE decided not to have her come up on the main roster. As a member of Legado Del Fantasma(Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro), fans expected she would join them when they left NXT on Aug. 23, 2022. During the group's time in NXT, she was the manager and would be ringside during one of her faction members' matches. However, the company added Zelina Vega to the group to take her place when they joined the main roster on Oct. 7, 2022.

Since WWE decided for her to stay in NXT, she had several singles matches on TV. Lopez has earned wins over the likes of Indi Hartwell and Wendy Choo during her singles run, but it has yet to result in more creative opportunities for her. However, on NXT: Level Up, the developmental brand's second show, she has been building a working relationship with former Bellator fighter Lola Vice.

They had their first match as a team on NXT: Level Up in a loss against Katana Chance and Kayden Carter on April 14. Despite the loss, they've been building chemistry and established themselves as allies in a backstage segment on the June 13 episode of NXT. Lopez and Vice also won their first match against Dani Palmer and Kelani Jordan on the June 16 episode of NXT: Level Up.

On a recent episode of NXT, they've begun to tease that they are continuing to work as a tag team and potentially plan to take over the women's tag division.

Lopez and Vice appeared on the NXT special TV event Gold Rush on June 20 to briefly watch Meta-Four (Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson) take on Yulisa Leon & Valentina Feroz. They went backstage after coming out on the ramp to see parts of the match.

The developmental brand seems to be happy with Lopez and Vice as a tag team, which could give them more opportunities to be featured weekly. After Chance and Carter moved up to the main roster, it left room for more teams in NXT's women's tag division. The alliance between Lopez and Vice benefits both as they try to find their way in NXT and could have the potential to be a dominant tag team.
