Cody Rhodes and The Young Bucks are bonded for life.

In February 2022, Cody Rhodes shook up the professional wrestling world when he, alongside his wife, Brandi Rhodes, announced that they'd be departing All Elite Wrestling. Fast forward a few months later and 'The American Nightmare' made his return to WWE, when he answered Seth Rollins' open challenge at WrestleMania 38. Rhodes would go on to win his return match and would secure another victory over Rollins in October 2022 after completely tearing his pectoral muscle. Rhodes returned prior to the 2023 Royal Rumble match, which he'd outlast 29 other men to earn his spot in the main event of WrestleMania 39. However, Rhodes wasn't able to finish his story as he fell short in his bid to capture the title that alluded his late father, WWE Hall of Famer, Dusty Rhodes, when he lost to Roman Reigns.

Rhodes is currently locked into a feud against Brock Lesnar and with the series tied up at one win apiece, the pair will settle their rivalry once and for all, next month at 'SummerSlam.' Before Rhodes and Lesnar's rubber match, 'The American Nightmare' is set to have his debut documentary 'American Nightmare: Becoming Cody Rhodes,' which will premiere on Peacock ahead of 'SummerSlam' on Monday, July 31.

Ahead of the documentary's public release, the worldwide debut went down tonight (7/18) in Rhodes' hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. During tonight's premiere, Fightful Select caught up with 'The American Nightmare,' who delved into the current status of his relationship with his now-former fellow EVP's of AEW, Matt and Nick Jackson of The Young Bucks. Fightful goes on to say that Rhodes wasted no time in proclaiming that he speaks quite regularly with both Matt and Nick, and noted that if he never shared the ring with The Young Bucks or Kenny Omega ever again, they four of them would be bonded for life because of what they did in starting All Elite Wrestling.

'American Nightmare: Becoming Cody Rhodes' premieres on Peacock on Monday, July 31.
