It was Jimmy Uso's love for his brother Jey that led to his shocking betrayal at SummerSlam, or at least that's what Jimmy believes.

WWE's most recent Premium Live Event was headlined by Jey challenging Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns in Tribal Combat. The match saw Reigns put both his championship title, and his status as the Tribal Chief on the line. In the closing moments of the match, Jimmy Uso returned to programming to attack Jey, allowing Reigns to get the victory and retain his accolades. Reigns would during his Tribal Combat match and it has been reported that WWE never had any intention of Jimmy winning at the Biggest Party of the Summer.

Ever since SummerSlam, the WWE Universe has wondered why did Jimmy betray his brother and cost him everything in Tribal Combat. Jimmy arrived at this week's SmackDown through the crowd, many of whom chanted 'You Sold Out!" at the treacherous brother.

Explaining his actions, Jimmy said he loves Jey, and was afraid to lose his brother to the pressures of being Tribal Chief. Jimmy added that he didn’t want Jey to be an “egotistical, manipulative a**hole like Roman Reigns," who was standing in the ring.

Undeterred by this insult, or the chants of "A**hole" by the fans, Reigns gloated about the split of The Usos, saying "I told you so." The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion earned a superkick for his troubles.
