Mustafa Ali is preparing to make an announcement of great importance during tonight's edition of WWE NXT.
Taking to Twitter, Ali promoted his announcement and encouraged fans to tune in at the standard broadcast time of 8/7c.

Ali made a surprise return to WWE NXT in May of this year, days after unsuccessfully challenging Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER at WWE Night of Champions. Ali would appear in the crowd for a match pitting Wes Lee & Tyler Bate against The Dyad, and would later help Lee and Bate fend off an attack by The Dyad and Joe Gacy.
At NXT Great American Bash last month, Ali challenged NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio in a triple-threat match that also included Lee. The Judgment Day member was able to retain after interference from WWE Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley.
Mustafa Ali's announcement will be just part of a stacked card for tonight's episode of WWE NXT on the USA Network. Tonight's show will also see Wes Lee and Dijak face off with a shot at NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes up for grabs. The winner of Lee Vs. Dijak will face Hayes at NXT Heatwave on August 22.
Tonight's NXT will also see new NXT Tag Team Champions Tony D'Angelo and Stacks defend their gold against The Dyad. After going solo from Carmelo Hayes last week, Trick Williams will face Drew Gulak on tonight's show. Dana Brooke will face Blair Davenport on this week's NXT.
