HOG Fallout will also feature appearances from World Heavyweight Champion Matt Cardona, Crown Jewel Champion Charles Mason, Cruiserweight Champion Nolo Kitano, Women's Champion Ultra Violette, and AAA Mega Champion El Hijo Del Vikingo.

After the dissolution of The Vaudevillains, Simon Gotch and Matthew Rehwoldt took divergent paths in their wrestling careers. Simon Gotch continued wrestling, eventually making appearances on various independent wrestling circuits. Under the ring name Simon Grimm, he appeared in promotions like Major League Wrestling and the National Wrestling Alliance.
On the other hand, Matthew Rehwoldt embraced a character transformation that brought him into the spotlight as Aiden English. Most notably, he started singing and allied with Rusev. He would serve as his manager and would wrestle alongside him as part of a tag team. He then joined commentary for a while, before being released from the company. He would then appear in Impact Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling.
