Becky Lynch has done it all on WWE's main roster, so it may be time for 'The Man' to make a return to WWE NXT.
During this week's NXT Heatwave special, NXT Women's Champion Tiffany Stratton discussed her reign, which began at NXT Battleground 2023. Stratton vowed to go down as one of the greatest NXT Women's Champions of all time. Stratton vowed to surpass the likes of Asuka, Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch, sparking criticism given that Lynch never held the NXT Women's Championship.
In response, Lynch took to Twitter to make it clear she hasn't won the NXT Women's Championship yet, teasing that she may still pursue the gold currently held by Stratton.

Lynch signed a two-year developmental deal with WWE in April 2013 and would debut for NXT in June of the next year. Lynch's original character would play heavily into her Irish background, complete with a green attire and Irish 'jig' to the ring.
After competing in several non-title matches against then-NXT Women's Champion Charlotte Flair (and losing all three,) Lynch aligned herself with Sasha Banks, turning heel and had ditched her Irish-themed character. Team BAE (Best at Everything) would disintegrate in February of 2015, and a four-way NXT Women's Title match featuring Lynch, Flair, Banks, and Bayley would be won by Banks at NXT TakeOver: Rival in 2015. At NXT TakeOver: Unstoppable, Banks would retain against Lynch in a critically-acclaimed performance by both women.
