AEW All In pay-per-view was a massive success and AEW President Tony Khan has already announced another pay-per-view, WrestleDream for October.
The Wembley show scripted history in London. The event smashed multiple records across the pro wrestling industry. Notably, the iconic event was broadcast worldwide and 81,035 fans turned up from more than 70 countries at the Wembley Stadium in London.
This marked the largest crowd in history ever to attend a pro wrestling event in Europe. The event also became AEW’s highest-grossing event ever and one of the largest pro wrestling gates of all time, generating more than $10 million.
While AEW All Out is scheduled to take place in September, Khan announced a new pay-per-view, WrestleDream.

During All In post-show media scrum, Khan revealed that the event will be taking place on October 1. The date holds great significance as New Japan Pro-Wrestling legend Antonio Inoki passed away on that date in 2022. Here is what he said:
"I can announce here for the first time that on October 1 at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, it will be the first-ever WrestleDream. WrestleDream [is taking place on] the one-year anniversary of the passing of wrestling's greatest dreamer, and I thought it would be very fitting. After All Out, you won't have to wait for Full Gear in November."
Khan later said that he was "hopeful" of getting NJPW stars for the WrestleDream event. This isn't the first time AEW has worked with NJPW. Their Forbidden Door event is a joint event as well. On June 23, Forbidden Door 2 took place and featured top NJPW stars including Hiromu Takahashi, SANADA, and Kazuchika Okada.
We will have to wait and see which stars will be a part of the WrestleDream pay-per-view come October 1.
