The WWE women's division has been put on notice.
During the 9/11 episode of WWE RAW, former RAW Women's Champion, Nia Jax made her shocking return. The show's main event saw WWE Women's World Champion, Rhea Ripley defending her title against Raquel Rodriguez, a match that got thrown quite the curveball when Jax appeared.

Jax attacked Rodriguez, allowing Ripley to retain her title, however, Jax quickly set her sights on the champion, and stood tall over Ripley as the show went off the air.
Jax was a mainstay in the women's division upon her arrival on the main roster in 2016. She won the RAW Women's Title on one occasion in addition to being a two-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champion, both times with Shayna Baszler.
Nia Jax was released from WWE on November 4, 2021. Jax wouldn't make a single appearance with the company until this past January's Royal Rumble premium live event, where she was a surprise entrant in the women's rumble.
Jax entered the rumble as #30 before quickly being eliminated by several superstars. Jax wouldn't make any follow-up appearances on WWE programming until tonight's return.
