Jagger Reid And Rip Fowler are no longer a part of the NXT roster in WWE.
The Wrestling Observer is reporting that the duo, who most recently were a part of the Schism faction as The Dyad with Joe Gacy and Ava Raine in NXT, had contracts that recently expired and were not picked back up by the company.
This week on NXT, Gacy and Raine were featured in a vignette that did not include Reid and Fowler. In it, Gacy talked about there being a disease in the Schism. Schism had been involved in a multiple week feud with The Creed Brothers that culminated on August 29 with a Cage Match with The Creeds taking on Reid and Fowler. The Creeds had been banned from NXT, but won the match and earned their roster spots back.
Before joining Gacy and Schism as The Dyad, Reid and Fowler called themselves The Grizzled Young Veterans and had a long run with the NXT UK Tag Team Championships. When that brand dissolved, they were moved to the regular NXT brand and kept the Grizzled Young Veterans moniker before changing to The Dyad to join Gacy.
Reid and Fowler have not commented on their WWE contracts, but did ask for their release earlier this year, but it was denied.
