Becky Lynch is still the WWE NXT Women's Champion but was left worse for wear after her title match with Tiffany Stratton.
Lynch retained the championship in the main event of NXT No Mercy in an Extreme Rules match. The bout certainly lived up to its namesake stipulation, with the pair using an assortment of weapons, including a workman's hat, Barbie dolls, a fire extinguisher and a barbed-wire bat, steel chairs, and the steel steps.
Becky Lynch may have left with the NXT Women's Championship, but 'The Man' took some serious hits during the No Mercy main event. Taking to Twitter, Lynch shared some photos of the match and a nasty cut to her arm.

In her post, Lynch said she had to have stitches after the match. Fightful Select would add that the wound required 11 stitches to close up but that Lynch "looks to be okay."
With Lynch retaining her championship, The Man's next title match is scheduled to take place on the next episode of WWE Monday Night Raw. Lynch will defend her title against Tegan Nox, who was shown watching the Extreme Rules match at No Mercy.
Nox was supposed to challenge Lynch during the September 18, 2023, Raw, in what would've been Lynch's first title defense. Instead, Nox was replaced in the spot by Natalya. After beating Natalya on this week's Raw, Nox was announced as Lynch's next opponent.
