WWE is holding nothing back for the October 10, episode of WWE NXT which will go head-to-head against AEW Dynamite.
During this week's episode of NXT, several top names from WWE's main roster were announced for next week's show. This week's show saw Kiana James cost Roxanne Perez a number-one contender's triple threat for a shot at the NXT Women's Championship. Speaking with McKenzie Mitchell later that night, James explained that she felt robbed of opportunities by Perez and was tired of all eyes being on her. James added that if Perez wanted to face her, she would have to go through Asuka first.

It was also confirmed that John Cena will be a part of next week's NXT. The Greatest of All Time will be in the corner of Carmelo Hayes who Hayes faces fellow ex-NXT Champion Bron Breakker. Breaker will have Paul Heyman in his corner for the match.

Cody Rhodes will also be part of next week's episode of WWE NXT. The gold brand is promoting a 'major announcement' from the American Nightmare but there's no word on what he will have to say.
Due to a change in schedule, next week's AEW Dynamite will be airing on Tuesday rather than Wednesday, putting the show on Tony Khan's birthday. The show, dubbed 'Title Tuesday' doesn't have any championship matches confirmed yet, but the one match announced is certainly a big one. The October 10, 2023, episode of Dynamite will feature the in-ring debut of Adam Copeland, who after debuting at WrestleDream, will face Luchasaurus.
