Fans who have attended Raw hoping to see a men's title change hands have been disappointed for 365 days.
The last time a men's title changed hands on Raw was during the October 10, 2022, episode of the red brand. That show saw Seth 'Freakin' Rollins capture the United States Championship from Bobby Lashley. This was hardly the most honorable of victories for Rollins, as Lashley had been attacked by Brock Lesnar before the match, putting the All-Mighty at a distinct disadvantage.

WWE had the opportunity to end this title-change drought on this week's Raw multiple times. During the opening segment, Damian Priest attempted to cash in his Money in the Bank contract on Seth Rollins (now WWE's World Heavyweight Champion) but was blocked by Drew McIntyre. In the main event, Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso retained against Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn.
WWE has a chance to break this streak on next week's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw. The October 16, season premiere, of Raw will see Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER defend against 'Big' Bronson Reed.
Next week's episode of Monday Night Raw will also see another title defense from Jey Uso & Cody Rhodes. The pair will defend against Finn Balor & Damian Priest, who the faces bested at WWE Fastlane to win the titles.
Next week's Raw will also see Rhea Ripley face Shayna Baszler while Ricochet and Shinsuke Nakamura will face off in a Falls Count Anywhere match.
